The structure appears as a pit with a circular turf enclosure that has an "entrance" towards the river in the west. It is overgrown by heather, gale and birch brush (especially in the western part). The inner diameter is 2,0 m., while the walls are 2,5 m. wide at most. The function of this structure is uncertain. A fishing cabin/gamme ("fiskergamme") was sugested as a possible interpretation. However, another assumption is that this is a pit structure used for tar production. The test drill revealed lots of ashes an chacoal.
